Delivery Charges
We deliver throughout most of the UK. Delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you've ordered.
Up to 999g £6.75 (Sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For)
Over 1kg £7.95 (Sent via UPS Standard Next Day Service)
Orders to Northern Ireland over 1kg are charged at £18.99 sent via UPS Standard Next Day Service.
We offer free delivery on orders over £75 to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales.

Delivery Days & Order Deadlines
We deliver Tuesday - Friday. Orders placed before midday will usually be shipped that day*. We do not deliver or dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.
*Some of our products have a short lead time. If your order contains such items it will be dispatched as soon as all items are in stock.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery
We can deliver to your home or place of work. Delivery to residential addresses is usually between 9am and 7pm. Delivery to business addresses is usually between 9am and 5pm.
When you reach the checkout stage it is essential that you provide an alternative delivery instruction, such as ‘leave with neighbour’ or ‘leave leave in porch’. Be as specific as possible and remember to check with your neighbour if applicable. If you do not provide alternative delivery instruction and your order contains perishable goods we will leave it with a neighbour.
Perishable goods are shipped in insulated containers with a chill pack. You should refrigerate perishable items as soon as they are delivered.
Orders containing alcohol will only be left with an adult over the age of 18 years. You may be required to provide identification in order to sign for deliveries containing alcohol.
Delivery Area Restrictions & Exclusions
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following areas: HS01 – 09, IV, KA27 – 28, KW1 – 17, PA20 – 22, PA41 – 49, PH36 – 44, TR21 -25, ZE01 - 03 & Channel Islands.
Deliveries to the following areas take two days to arrive, and orders for these areas are restricted to ambient goods:
AB, DD, EH43 – 45, FK08-21, G63 & G83, IM, KA04 – 26, KW01 – 10, LL11 – 78, ML08 – 12, PA05, PA23 – 38, PA60 – 78, PH01 – 35, PH49 -50, SY10, SY15 – 25, TD01 – TD14.
Order by midday (Monday - Wednesday) and receive your goods two days later. Orders received after midday on Wednesday will be processed on the following Monday.
